The terms of use below constitute a legal Agreement between you (Herein referred to as "The Template User") and joomlainformation.com (owned by Program IT (UK) Ltd) (Herein referred to as "The Company"), legal owner of the domain name and website joomlainformation.com (Herein referred to as "The Website"), each referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".

By downloading and using any of the templates designed by the Company, the Template User agrees to the terms below:

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions.

The Company grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates sold through our web site by The Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Limited usage granted: Your purchase grants you the rights to use The Company's templates on ONE (1) site. The templates are not time-limited.

2. Changes / Modifications: You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to our templates to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file.

3. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our templates modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

4. Delivery of Product: After we have received your payment, we will email your template as a .zip file within 24 hours of purchase to the email address you provided during the payment process.

5. Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone at any time.

6. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates are property of The Company. Our templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.

8. Refund policy: Since The Company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing our templates.

9. Compatibility: All of our templates designed to be compatible with both Joomla Joomla 1.5. We can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future or past versions of Joomla!.

10. Warranty: The Company does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components.

11. Support: The Company offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc.

The company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
